    Update was just sent to my vehicle a couple of days ago. It failed twice, noting the vehicle conditions were not acceptable. I'm thinking it may have been too cold out. I was able to install this morning. I have no idea what was updated at this point.

    I opted out of the dealership add-ons, i.e. 5 yr wax, electronic rust protection. I don't feel it's a good value based on many years of purchases. I'm going this Monday for a ceramic coating.

    I've had the same connection issue with Roku device. I found that the Engine Auto Off would cut power to the outlet just enough to mess with the connection. I got in the habit of turning that off if I planned on using the Roku. I've found connecting my iPhone via HDMI has been flawless.

    Late follow up, however it looks like the relay for the intermittent wipers is "within" the under hood fuse box. The dealer overnighted the part and I am back in business. Thanks for all your comments. Glad to be part of the forum.
