Need some input
You especially need a decent DA machine Shinemate EX605. It's a good entry-level DA machine that won't break your wallet. Get a Meguairs 105 and 205 combos with a cutting and polishing pad. 2019 tahoe - running board question
I use solution finish to restore the running board. Lasts about a year. I just put Meguairs plastic trim detailer for maintenance and protection from UV. Doesn't slip and seems to hold up pretty ell.- DanielYukon

Terry towels
I use the Kirkland MF towels from Costco. Goes to the washing machine before using them. First use is for buffing polishing paint. Then it's handed down to interiors and lastly for engines and tires. Costs only $16 for 36pcs a pack. Been buying it for 3 years now especially when it's on sale...- DanielYukon
