Steering Resistance - What to Replace?

I had an issue with my 04 Yukon. Where it felt loose and to much play in the steering wheel. Long story short the whole front suspension is brand new. Same feeling. I did a little more research into it and came across the Mustang II Power Steering Flow Valve on this forum that swaps out right on...

I know its probably been covered... but I could use a bit of front end and suspension advice

Well you can always add the Black Bear Tune that will wake it up and get you where you need to go fast!

I know its probably been covered... but I could use a bit of front end and suspension advice

I can tell you where I started and hopefully it's a good reference point for you. For steering the red head steering box. For the control arms etc. either OEM or Moog. For lowering kit I went with Belltech (759ND). I switched out the shocks provided with the kit with Bilstein 4600. Added the...

    rear swaybar for lowered?

Just sprung for the front and rear on my lowered Yukon (installed yesterday), and what a difference it makes! Well worth the money spent! Part number was 7701 & 7702.

    Shop won't build dual exhaust

Yes its true dual but goes into a muffler with single outlet, exiting on the passenger side.

    Shop won't build dual exhaust

True duals is very possible. Just had mine done. The issue lies the routing on the driver's side, especially being lowered and very close to the evap system. I guess they don't want to assume the risk. Still very doable in either case. Is the risk worth the reward at that point? I did not think...

    Horrible alignment problems continued

Is that something you added or is standard? I have an 04 Yukon didn't know that was a thing. I hate the steering on these trucks. I tightened the steering box bolt with a little bit of improvement.

    Added HIDS to fog lights.

Had HIDS in my factory housings and they melted in about a month, only reason I noticed was they started flickering. Bought new housings and switched to LEDs. No issues since!

Nothing crazy as of yet: - Android Head Unit w/Pioneer & 12" Subs - H1 BI-XENON 55W HID conversion on stock housings with 6 HI MOD (will wire high beam shutter for H1 later didn't think it was necessary at the time) - Cleared Amber parking lights/Rear Taillight - LED Fog Lights - K&N Air...

Hello my name is Thomas, I have a 04 Yukon Denali that I picked up in FL about 2 years ago. I've always referenced this site for ideas on projects I would like to do. Looking forward for what's ahead.
