Its a Tahoe/Yukon issue not a 5.3/6.2 issue. Its because of the rear heat lines that have to split at the firewall and go to the back of the car. I sold my Yukon and picked up a hellcat. They fit the 2014-2018. You just cant use a 2017-2019 LT4 supercharger as the lid and intercooler bricks changed and its too tall. You need the 2015-2016 units with the shorter profile.- FullOutPwr

If you don't have a huge budget to support the 6K plus price tag of other mainstream blowers, it's a good option. I actually think the LSA on the gen 3's had more room than this. I bought a crap load of quick connect 90s an other heater hoses. going to see if i can come up with a solution that doesn't look like dog shit.- FullOutPwr

Yep see pics below. The picture of the elbow shows where it snapped off. The picture of the blower you can see the black where hose was rubbing on side of case. The lip circled in red i'm going to chop off and still hold hope this might work. Chopping that off wont fix all the issues, as it was...- FullOutPwr

Just to update, I found out the hard way the LT4 supercharger isn't a viable option on the yukon/tahoe with dual heat/AC. The tee that comes off the heater core at the firewall is too close to the supercharger. I knew it was close, but didnt think it would be THAT big of an issue. Engine twist...- FullOutPwr

Well any aftermarket kit is designed to be bolted in to it's application. The LT4 'charger will require a little ingenuity and fabrication even with some of the parts out there to bolt in. Free travel mod/pan hard mount bracket
