    Mayflies.....

Actually GM is stumped on this mayfly problem. The big issue is the paint is reacting to mayflies. So your truck is not damaged, it's an issue with GM not knowing what is in the chemical makeup of the mayfly that is staining any of their paint.

    Shift Linkage Bushing

Well, hold on the bushing is available aftermarket. Dormant sells bushings for this very thing. I don't know what yours looks like but I bought one from Orielly's that fit my 06 Envoy. I ended up buying the little lever on the transmission because the ball end was worn too. Dealership item on...

    Persistent water on floor issue

Well, thanks for everyone's input so far and here's the update. Tarped off windshield and water is still rolling in. Re-seam sealed the seam in the water trough and still leaking. Front brake pads

Not a fan of the autozone swap my pads every month game. Some of the most decent pads I have run into are Wagner Thermo Quiet Ceramic pads. How many of you got a PPV/SSV because of the extra "cool factor"?

I buy them to fix up and update, interior, wheels, and make sure they are a reliable vehicle. Must be SSV. Sometimes I repaint the whole thing and always add updated tune box in the dash. They sell like popcorn. Most go first day.

    Persistent water on floor issue

Thanks, going to be testing the source with different color water. Yes the drivers door has been replaced. Water is up under foam pad by firewall, are the problems related to the cowle seam? Will do more research and report back. Thank you everyone for your help.
