Starting issue - Battery or starter
I had similar issue and found out it was a bad ground. I would get weak starts and notifications from OnStar that the vehicle was sensing a possible bad battery, alternator or starter. I took it to at least 3 different shops and all checks showed the items as good. I started looking at ground...- Josh D

2016 Denali shudder
They ended up replacing my trans temp sensor and the fluid was replaced with the Mobil 1 version. I can report that my issue with hard and irregular shifts are pretty much gone and seems to shift much better than before.- Josh D

VLOM Oil Screen?
I was wondering if anybody has any experience changing out the VLOM oil screen in the 2015-2020 Yukons/Tahoes? When running a search it seems as though our engines may not have them, but I am unable to confirm that's the case. After reading many posts it seems that some of the lifter failures...- Josh D

2016 Denali shudder
I am in the same boat. Vehicle has 54,000 miles on it and bought it used. Something I noticed was the trans temp gauge bouncing all over the place. The trans never threw a code, but took it in cause it just didn't look right. In addition, I was having issues with hard shifts or erratic...- Josh D

2015 Yukon Rear Tail light not working
How many miles do you have on the vehicle? There is a special warranty specifically for the tail light issue that covers you outside of the bumper-to-bumper warranty. -
Rear Shock Replacement?
Thank you so much for that explanation. Now I understand what's going on. Should I press the dealer to get these replaced, or are they really fine till they either start dripping on the floor or totally cease up? I have read on other forums that can be the lip service from service advisors...- Josh D

Rear Shock Replacement?
So is the fluid leaking out of the top of the shock and when the air bag inflates, the fluid is being pushed out of areas that are leaking air? I squeezed each air bag and it seems there's a little air in them, but I can easily push in on the air bags. I have heard the compressor kick on a few...- Josh D

Rear Shock Replacement?
Hi guys, I bought a 2016 GMC Yukon XL Denali and looks like the rear shocks are already starting to leak. I am new to Magnetic Ride shocks, but can't figure out why the shock looks to be leaking in the air bag portion of the shock. Can someone chime in and let me know if this is the shocks...- Josh D

Newb: 2016 GMC Yukon XL Denali
