    Suggest weight oil and aftermarket service ?

    Hi everyone. I was wondering about the oils called for in the owner's manual. My 2015 Tahoe LT calls for a 0W/20 weight oil. I currently use Mobil or Pennzoil and I was wondering what the PPV models have as suggested motor oil ? Any opinions welcome !

    I didn't know GM put a governor on this truck ?

    I was out a little while ago and had to hit the gas in an emergency, and revved the engine up and once it got to 4000 rpm, it stopped. It won't rev past 4000 RPM even though the tachometer goes to 6000 ? When did they start putting rev limiters on the trucks ?

    My 2015 Tahoe LT is starting life at 5 years, so I was wondering how long I could look at the life of my original battery. It's a ACDelco Advantage Battery 94RA Group Size 94R 720 CCA How long does a factory installed battery last ? Not too expensive, but a bear to get out and install a new one !
