    Transfer Case Question

Also, I have plans for a 408 stroker build to replace the 5.3 that are finally coming together. So I will need something that could handle about 600 hp.

If your sensors are good and these numbers are accurate, this is definitely a catalytic converter issue. O2S11(V): 0.42 O2S12(V): 0.055 O2S21(V): 0.045 O2S22(V): 0.040

    Transfer Case Question

I posted this in the engine and drivetrain thread but I figured this would get a few more eyes on my question. I’m significantly increasing the horsepower on my 4wd Yukon and want to keep it 4wd. So, I need some advise on transfer cases. I have a 2003 Yukon with the 5.3L flex fuel motor, 4L60E...

    Replacing fog lights

Rockauto.com has super cheap fog lamps. The biggest problem is getting moisture in the housing. So you can silicone the lens on to make a good seal or create a vent by drilling a very small hole, glue/plastic weld a male adapter on, and create or find a rubber U vent to put on it.

I’m not an expert but I think one of your cats may have a cat going out or plugged up.

2003 yukon 5.3l flex fuel lifter noise and code misfire PO300 235,000 miles

I’m about to replace my lifters and I have the exact same engine. Since you have the flex fuel engine, I’d recommend getting all of the AC Delco flex fuel gaskets if you ever run E85. I got all of my gaskets from rockauto.com. I’d also recommend ARP head bolts. Since the head bolts are torque to...

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Saw this after my post. Lol. So, since he has the hp tuners interface, I can tell you exactly what time you need. I might not be able to get it till next week, but I’ll send you a picture of it when I get it. My buddy has a Monday deadline on a paint job. So he’ll be tied up till then.

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

If you can find someone with hp tuners software, I can tell you what and where to tune the pcm to make the fans work. I got my wiring harness from Nelson Performance and thought that you just needed to turn the fans on and set the temps but you also have to set them up to turn on based on the...

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

It was a local guy here in Norman OK that’s a buddy of mine. We did a lot of trial and error till we finally found a post on HP Tuners from a guy that shared his whole tune to compensate for all of the changes and we adjusted mine from there. When I go over there today to recharge my Freon, I’ll...

Tuned through the PCM. Which was not as easy as you think it would be.

What did you do to your NBS GMT800 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

This is my first post on the forum. Today I finished installing and tuning my e-fan setup. I’ve owned this 2003 Yukon for about 5 years and only decided to do some upgrades in December of last year. I’ve added a K&N Air Intake, Pacesetter 1 7/8” long tube headers and Y pipe, the e-fan, Moog...
