@jyi786 I don’t think unhooking the battery resets the transmission (TCU) computer as I have read that there is an extra fee to unlock the TCU when if you are tuning the engine with a program from HP Tuners If you want to tune the transmission also.
@NickTransmissions Initial diagnosis for harsh shifting confirmed by dealer tech on #7 and #9 gear changes. Scanned P2098 Post Catalyst Fuel Trim cleared. Perform transmission adapt learn and still had harsh shifts.

Yes they reset trans adapts after road test.
Still under warranty so it’s the dealership tech.
I will check tomorrow with the tech about codes as I have been only talking with service about the new valve body replacement, fluid and filter change they performed.

@NickTransmissions currently experiencing harsh shifts into 7 at 30 mph and more pronounced at 60 mph when accelerating on on ramp. Tech has confirmed harsh shifts from 7 to 10 on road test. Reset and road testEd with no change to harshness.

@CMoore711 Hook up to vehicle and adjust to new MRC readings after lowering. I read about it here and saved a screen shot to review with the dealer doing the install, they knew about it.

Does the rear still have the rake when towing now? If it does that means your air shocks work properly to maintain the rake. I wouldn’t see how lowering the rear would impact the rake you like.
I don’t tow anything but since lowering 2/3 the rear shocks will air up and down when carrying...
