    Norcal_ss Lowering Kit Warning

Yeah it's pretty bad when an approved vendor of this forum has a 6 page long thread of more than 90% negative comments about him and his business. But he's still on here taking customers money without giving a heads up about items on back order. Ridiculous

    Draining or flushing coolant?

Hey guys. Looking for info on how to properly perform a full coolant drain/flush. The videos I've seen on YouTube only show draining the radiator. And searches I've done haven't shown much about flushing out the engine and heater core as well. Word to note: radiator hoses, heater hoses and...

    Summit Racing coilpacks and wires

Hey guys. I just wanted to show off my new summit racing parts. I needed to change spark plugs so I figured I'd do the wires and coils as well. My 07 Tahoe has 160k on it, I've owned it for 5 years now and I think this is the first time these have been changed. I liked the fact that these...

Need help finding right lowering kit

ive got an 07 with belltech 2/3 drop, spindles and springs. Also added the djm rear control arm alignment kit as well as their sway bar offset links. so far everything has worked very well. Belltech stuff you can get from summit racing at a great price and djm stuff straight from their site...

    Brake Booster

I just experienced this today. Mine sounded worse though and I could physically see the booster expanding as the pedal is pressed and find that the air is escaping from the crimped spots on the flange. This is the second reman. booster I've had replaced within the last 10k miles, the first one...

    Norcal_ss Lowering Kit Warning

I'm just now seeing these posts and I'm not surprised others have had issues with this guy. I've had all the same issues and it drove me away also. I bought the majority of my kit for my Tahoe from him and it was like pulling teeth for answers. I went back to him to buy my kit for my Colorado...

Front or Rear or Both Sway Bar?

I've got eibach sway bars front and rear. They make a huge difference. I did the rear first and it was so noticeably that I had to get the front to match it. The front made a difference as well, but not as much as the rear upgrade did. Still worth it though! I've upgraded sway bars on almost...

    Belltech sway bars

I tried the shorter ES endlinks that some other members have linked to. They didn't line up. One member did say to try the hellwig D brackets that mount the bar to the cross member, as they are slotted and can push the bar back like 1/2 inch. That might help as well

Ok thanks, didn't even think to ask them.

    Aftermarket Performance Radiators????

I think that didn't happen because he has a true cool trans cooler also. Which I still don't understand why he still used the radiator trans cooler too. Could've just bypassed it, maybe avoided this whole mess

    Aftermarket Performance Radiators????

Anybody have any leaking issues with this mishimoto radiator? My friend got one for his 09 Yukon and it started leaking trans fluid internally and it mixed with the coolant. Then mishimoto wouldn't give him a refund, only offered to send him a replacement. Seems very strange. I think he's...

    Belltech sway bars

I'm having the same issue with me eibach front bar. I even ordered the ES shorter end links that every else has linked and it still doesn't fit right. When my bar is parallel to the lca it sits too far forward and the link won't line up at all. It's like the bar needs to be pushed back like an...

Clanking still there on my truck...

I'm having same issue. 07 Tahoe 2wd. Noise started happening after installing belltech lowering spindles kit, new struts, springs, sway bar with endlinks and bushings. New rotors and pads. And alignment done. All this in same weekend. Then a month later the clanking started happening. Replaced a...

Rear Sway Bar Hard To Find?

I ordered Eibach straight from their site. It was pricey. But I highly recommend it. It's much bigger than the OEM bar. I also recommend getting front and rear at the same time to save on shipping costs, only if you ever plan on doing the front in the future. Just do em both and get it over with.

    Spohn Spherical end links

Sorry to keep bugging you bro but do you happen to have a pic of the hellwig bracket you're taking about?

    Spohn Spherical end links

Ok. I figured something was different there. When you say you moved the sway bar back a hair, what do you mean? Did you drill new holes where it mounts to the crossmember? I'm really curious cuz I want my sway bar parallel with my LCA. Oh and what LCA are you running?

    Spohn Spherical end links

This is exactly what I was looking for. I have same sway bar and I hate my long stock end links. I also hate the angle the sway bar sits. Which makes me wonder if this spohn link can be installed upside so the bushings are flat on the LCA. I feel like the bushings will wear out way faster if...

    Front struts for 3/5 drop

I got these when I lowered with the belltech 2 inch spindles. Paired with kyb monomax in the rear. It rides great. Reason I bought the strut spring combo is cuz I needed new ones and I didn't wanna deal with spring compressors. These are just OEM replacements. Still great quality though. Sent...

    2/3 drop or 3/5 drop

2/3 will look good and handle great with no rubbing. But imop I'd do a 3/4. I did a 2/3 a few months ago and I'm already itching to go lower. Only reason I don't is cuz it's my wife's DD and she already complains about the ride height now. But it's up to you brotha. Sent from my moto z4 using...
