Hey all, 03 Z71 Tahoe rear passenger side door will not unlock. When you hit the unlock button the actuator makes a noise but it does not unlock. If, however, I push the unlock button and hold it down the door will usually open.

It is an 03 - and you are exactly right. It is the short tube that goes from the fuel connection at front of tank to the inlet of the filter. I am just changed the fuel pump and just have the tank supported by a jack so it’s no problem to get it out. I will get the tube out and see if it is good...
Can’t get a pic at the moment. It is steel. Sit is a short steel line that goes from the fuel supply line to the fuel filter. It connects to the filter and to the fuel supply line from the fuel pump sending unit.
I can do a union but the issue is that the fuel line goes bends just before the end and I am not sure I can make the bend. Also, the line going into the filter has an o-ring seal on the end. Can you get flared male ends with o-rings?

Ok, so I finally got the vcx nano scanner up and running with the tech2. I ran the crank shaft sensor relearn procedure and no more misfires being reported and no more p0300.
