Another suggestion is to open the panel enough to tap the blower motor with a wrench and see if it starts working. That is what I did and when it worked for a while I knew it was the blower motor itself.
i had this and it was a very easy fix to just replace the blower motor in the back. It is located behind the trim panel on the passenger side of the rear cargo area. Cheap and easy...just a couple of bolts. Just be careful loosening the trim to get to it.
Maybe the little white thing got out of kilter with the black fan looking piece on the back of the actuator. Otherwise did you make sure to NOT plug in the wiring harness on the mode actuator until it was installed. I think if you do it moves from the center position and will not calibrate...
