[SOLVED] Fast blinking after Turn Signal LED bulb swap

Fixed my own problem. Turns out I overlooked the two corner bulbs, and one of them was burnt out. Two new 194 LEDs to replace them, and the turn signals are back to flashing normally. And the tail lights and license plate lights no longer flash as they shouldn't.

What bulbs are people using to replace the DRL bulbs? LED?

I replaced the ones on mine with Sylvania 3157 white LED's. Big improvement

[SOLVED] Fast blinking after Turn Signal LED bulb swap

I just converted all my taillight bulbs to LED's and just did the turn signals. Replaced the flasher with a Novita LM487. The left side lights blink fine, but when I turn the right sides on, both the taillights AND license plate lights blink with the turn signal. And when I turn the 4 ways on...

Blower motor will not shut off

Back to the thread, I went to O'Reilly's after work and bought the module, and put it on once I got back home. The cutting the old plug off and splicing the new harness on was small potatoes. Made sure to use the heat-shrink butt connectors. I now have a perfectly functioning HVAC system once...

Blower motor will not shut off

Yes, the old 3-pin version was eliminated in favor of a new 5-pin design. The two wires to the blower motor were integrated into the plug for a "cleaner" look. Old: New: Also the "new" resistor has 4 heatsink fins, as opposed to the two on the old version.

Blower motor will not shut off

And if that one doesn't work, I'll go for the "upgraded" module, with the 5 pin harness. O'Reillys has one for $75, a BWD one. Also came across some AC Delco ones on eBay, for around 55-65 bucks, if I want to wait some more...

Blower motor will not shut off

Welp, I can honestly say it was NOT a Dorman one... Next, I found one, out of a junkyard vehicle on Ebay that is a OEM GM one, out of a 06 Yukon. As it has the exact "(1P) 52413530" and "3530" numbers as the one in my Tahoe. Can't hurt to try...

Blower motor will not shut off

Ok... replaced the module with a $25 one I bought off Ebay, which came in today. The blower motor no longer runs after the engine is shut off anymore, but runs kind of odd. After I start it up and turn the fan on, it takes about 15-20 seconds for it to start blowing air. Once running the blower...

Blower motor will not shut off

Yes, that was what I did. Shut off right then and there. Did locate the module, which is right under the dash, on the passenger side behind a shield. For kicks, after I unplugged the module (not where it plugs into the blower motor itself) I put the fuse back in and the motor did not run at all.

Blower motor will not shut off

Just as the title exactly says. Have a '06 Tahoe Z71, and on Monday driving it to the store, once I got to the store and shut it off, the front blower motor continued to run. Have read elsewhere the blower motor resistor module is notorious for going bad on these models. Could that be what has...
