Dirty TB?
No, vehicles dont want to stall so the computer is probably making that adjistment. Its seeing strain or a miniscule loss and its responding to correct it. All normal, kinda like when the ac kicks in, the vehicle idles up to maintain rpms since the compressor adds more friction/strain etc..- Forrest0125

Anything rebuilt? Stock truck? I wouldnt worry too much about the miles unless i saw a 5th wheel hookup or a WDH. The dents and overall care with 212k should say it all. Its all going to depend on what i can get my hands on and how cheap. The 800 and 900 i like and i want to put the HD clip on, i think both gens look great with the HD. After replacing EVAP stuff Tahoe is not running right
Not gonna lie evap issues are a crap problem to have. Just time consuming finding the culprit.
