Well to address the “approved” wedge. You’re not gonna find that. The answer is to get a different car seat if you wanna go by the book.
However if I was in your shoes and you’re married to that specific seat. Wedge some folded up towels under the base and pull on them iso latch straps...
I don’t even understand why people even bother without the proper equipment. At this point, they just vandalized you stuff. It’s my understanding that you haven’t been able to steal a car with a screwdriver (besides Hyundai) since the 90s.
Got a crate from Jegs maybe 8 years ago or so. It was a basic swap no fancy high end stuff. Overall I was happy with the whole transaction and what I received.
However, I think freight delivery was the only option they offered. I had to have it delivered to my friends warehouse where a fork...
My 2015 does this and I assumed it was my brake booster going. Since that’s at common issue. I admittedly haven’t looked too deep into the issue but now I’ll try to pinpoint the noise to see if it’s closer to each wheel or master cylinder
There’s 2 that look similar. I forget exactly what they look like. As soon as you drop the tire, you’ll identify them immediately. It’s been a while since I did it so I don’t exactly remember.
Mine goes off once in a blue moon and it’s annoying as hell. Your trailer brake has modules behind the spare tire. You can try to lower the tire, unplug the modules and clean out the plugs with compressed air. It seemed to help my issue
If @caternaut installed an aftermarket radio. Wouldn’t they run RCAs directly from the radio instead of one of those speaker wire taps?
Some of them speaker wire converters need a signal wire too.

I’m fairly certain my wife’s Mercedes requires the same BS. The dealer can kiss my ass though. If the battery that I just put in outlives the warranty, I’ll be happy.
Irritating as hell on the dealer part but that’s the name of the game. They won’t try to service something that isn’t serviceable with the worry of you coming back and telling them it didn’t work and that they need to fix it! Replacement almost guarantees you won’t be revisiting that problem...
I mean you can chase all your grounds and drive yourself crazy or just go the simplistic route and change the bulbs first.
I’ve had bulbs fail shorter than others.
