@swathdiver has a pretty handy spreadsheet for this.

No locking fuel door this generation??

Anymore, if someone is going to steal gas, they will likely just drill a hole in the bottom of the tank.

    Transmission

All the people that rebuilt it can tell you is that it is from a 2005 GM? No other information than that?

    Front differential differences

Not sure if this matters or where the distance change happens, but the CV axles on the 2000-2006 units are shorter than the 2007-2014 units.

Windshield Washer Squirters -- Anyone Modified The Terrible Design?

Can’t say that I have an issue with the design. Pretty sure they wipe in both directions so spraying on the “down stroke” side also clears the grit and grime away.

Will it fit - U Haul car trailer

80.5” is body width which the widest point is well above the side rail height of the trailer.x. Will need to measure width 12” up from ground. Pretty sure it will fit. Biggest issue is weight. Don’t tell them what your hauling or they may not rent it to you. It has a max payload of 5290 lbs...

Clunking noise after some gravel roads?

You can change it now or when it breaks, your choice. It’s likely just as old as it looks to be OEM.

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Have had that happen to me on one of ours. Can’t remember which one. Grabbed a new one from AutoZone I think and it worked fine.

Front suspension Torque procedure for 07 Yukon Denali

I don’t think it matters on the ball joints if they are loaded or not. I would torque the upper while its loaded, but know that they will be retorqued when you get it aligned. You are going to get it aligned, right?

    Cool engine cover

That cover is simply for noise reduction. The hood is what protects stuff.

Clunking noise after some gravel roads?

This is literally one of the easiest things you can do on your vehicle outside of changing a tire.

Clunking noise after some gravel roads?

Seriously, take the money you would pay for labor at the shop and buy some tools. Borrow the rest and start building up your arsenal. You can even find good deals on used stuff on Facebook market place The sway bar links are $15.00 a piece so $30 in parts and some borrowed tools and some...

Clunking noise after some gravel roads?

You don’t need to jack the entire front end up. Definitely not if you don’t have good jack stands or a proper floor jack. However, I have lifted on the front cross member when I’ve had the appropriate equipment.

Clunking noise after some gravel roads?

Yes, the front driver side is the one that looks the most suspicious. Your tire changing jack on just the driver front would be sufficient . Just trying to get some load off the link. Then do the same on the passenger side. If one is bad, you’re replacing both of them. They are pretty...

Clunking noise after some gravel roads?

These look a little suspect. Can you grab the black plastic and see if it moves? Maybe jack up the drivers side from the frame and then try it with that wheel hanging down.

Clunking noise after some gravel roads?

Man, get back inside and off the ledge. You haven’t even looked any these items. These are simply possible things to look at. The picture I posted was what they would look like normally. A broken sway bar link will be very obvious. A bad bushing a little less obvious.
