I'm here to help with lowering suspension questions

Is the store down or is it my phone not connecting? I need your help with on new Belltech shocks on all 4 corners and I’m not sure if I should get OEM length or drop struts? Already have the rear leveled with a 3” drop on shackles and Belltech springs and I don’t want to go lower (35” at...

    Gruven heater core T-connectors

Sent an email asking for a refund and got this back. Sorry but 6 months is plenty of time to run a few out. “Ok and sorry for all this. These parts are now being made finally despite very very low demand. The site price will likely go up as well to account for the limited production batch...

Two separate single orders won’t make a difference. It’s exactly what I did because I forgot to change the quantity to 2. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Gruven heater core T-connectors

Got a response this morning. Standard “sorry for the delay, I’ll keep you updated” thing. He said they only have 6 orders and that he can’t understand why people are content with plastic that could easily fail. While I agree with that I can’t help but wonder how many they’d sell if they...

    Gruven heater core T-connectors

Email sent asking for status and stating that if these are not going to be produced or they have no plans on making them and having them at my door in the next 4 weeks I want the full deposit returned. Almost 6 months? I could’ve made these by hand with a drill and hand files in that time.

Then he has a month before I pull my order and get my money back. 6 months is more than long enough to piece together time to make these.

    2009 Escalade

Beat me to it, I was just about to go take a pic for him. BUT if he didn’t have the outer seal or it’s wasted he’d probably have a lot of wind noise as well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    2009 Escalade

    1. Replace your bulbs. Life expectancy in an 09 is pretty much over for the bulbs. Make sure you have the moisture caps on the back of the assemblies or your next post will be “Condensation in my headlights!” 2. It’s an 09, flush the ENTIRE coolant system including the heater core. It’s...

12 Escalade idatalink harness question. Apparently I ordered the wrong one?

THAT it will work in!! Need an extra GM2 harness? Only slightly trimmed wiring. LOL Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

12 Escalade idatalink harness question. Apparently I ordered the wrong one?

GM2 harness is what I have and it will not work. The GM2 is a single block terminal whereas the GM5 is 3 smaller terminals (+1 separate for the AV input). There’s no way to make this. Plug into this. I appreciate the help but I went thru the idatalink website website to confirm before...

12 Escalade idatalink harness question. Apparently I ordered the wrong one?

Anyone here have experience with this? 12 Escalade with NAV, DVD and BOSE and I have a Pioneer AVIC-7200 waiting to go in. In the essence of a constant time crunch due to a toddler I wired up the idatalink GM2 harness to the pioneer harness trusting that the idatalink website was correct, it...

Anyone have a Pioneer Nex, Idatalink Maestro RR with Rear Seat Entertainment (Controls not working)?

Damn. Of course I find all of this out the week after I got a Pioneer 7200nex and all the idatalink gear. Got any tips for installing?

Put it on gmfullsize.com but wear your flame suit. If you’re not running at least a 3” lift and have tow mirrors or do everything the same way everyone else is you’re going to get roasted.

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Even if it was I wouldn’t sell it. I’m most likely going to need a rooftop cargo box for family trips since my dog occupies the cargo area in the back. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

I torqued them with a pry bar between the studs and a torque wrench. The impact was a smoldering mess from getting it off and I had to tighten everything by hand. Regardless, the vehicle I did that on has been sitting in a junkyard for years by now. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Haven’t put them in yet but I got new hubs and EBC Green Stuff 7000 pads. I’m at almost 60k on what I imagine are the original hubs and the front end is starting to get washy and noisy. Pads are just a much needed upgrade. Hopefully I don’t destroy another impact getting the hub nut off...

    Ride quality with 22s

‘12 Escalade Premium with factory 22’s and stock tire size here. I wouldn’t say the ride is harsh but it is firm and that’s even with new shocks all around and the rear lowered (level with the front). But considering I came out of a Silverado running on 33’s with 20” rims just about anything...

    Should I buy a '15 LTZ?

Price is a little high for the mileage isn’t it and do you really need a Suburban or XL? Standard length Tahoe or Yukon will be cheaper. Granted your situation is a great one to be in with the money you’re making but honestly if I could’ve done one thing different in my life it would’ve been...

Is this a joke? NNBS Esky’s.

I have a ‘12 Esky Premium and it’s got heated and cooled front seats, power fold heated 2nd row captains and heated steering wheel (gets WAY too hot for my liking). I’ve seen heated power fold 2nd row bench seats (I would swap my captains for in a second) but those are few and far between. I’m...
