I bought an 07 like that.... brake lines, fuel lines (all of them.... such a PITA) and had to replace the rear control arm mount. Luckily I was able to dump it before the stupid thing broke in half. I was looking at an 08 Z71 and made the guy take a ton of pics underneath before I even looked at...
Through trial and error, I have found that both connectors are 3/8" just in case someone else has this issue.
Now the new question is.... where to get a replacement hard line going up to the injectors? With all the manipulation and corrosion, mine has cracked.
In the midst of replacing a corroded fuel pump. Crawl under it with a flashlight and a mirror and see if it is rusted. That's better than throwing parts at it.
My Pops is a mechanic from way back and he has a good take on this. Since the fuel pump is submerged, it actually uses the fuel to bleed away heat. Sounds legit.

Well, I've not found the stumble issue, but my pump is dead. When trying to disconnect one of the lines (that was quite corroded, btw), it broke off completely.
Hate to bring back a dead thread, but I am experiencing the same issues.... extended crank, p0442 code and additionally, I smell gas fumes from the driver rear. What was the fix?
