    Thanks man! It's a build in process, and learning a lot along the way. They never road tested it, due to open exhaust manifolds :rolleyes:, so now it's back with full exhaust. Just like I was thinking, they say it's a fluid flow issue. Hopefully I didn't destroy it too much in the last 100 miles...

    Welcome to the forum! 8th letter of your VIN will tell you which motor it is. If it's R, it will be the Vortev 5.7. Do you have any pictures of the engine? On the driver's side rear of the block, by the transmission, should be stamped 5.7 or 5.0.

    You'll see it didn't start or idle the best, but it's due to too much fuel pressure. Doesn't always do this, but just need to swap our fuel pressure regulators. I'll get a better video next time, and I'll get one while driving. EDIT: uploaded a different video

    Drove the Hoe home and my GAHD does it sound beautiful! Idk if video clips will do it justice. Under light to medium throttle, it's deep and throaty, but when you get into it it's raspy and deep!
