    If your box is carpeted, it shouldnt do any sliding. if it does, then any of the above should work for you. a non permanent alternative would be that rubber drawer lining, that you can find in walmart or anywhere else. It would never move, but it wouldnt mess up your carpet or put holes in...

    Most people dont have access to an O scope. Heres what i do for the frequency, mute the subs and the rear channels and start with the front. turn the HPF on the amp upwards of 200 with your volume at a pretty high level, then go down on the HPF knob until the bass starts to get kind of muddy...
