When I put it back together the plate with the fours bolts in the outside and one in the middle didn't fit flush to the casing so I ran the bolts down so the seal would be flush with no gap. Is there a preload on the center bolt that needs to be adjusted?
Hey how's it going. I'm new to the forum and have a question. I recently rebuilt my steering box on my 99 Yukon because the output seal busted. Now it's all back together and in the truck but the steering is binding right in the middle. Anyone have this issue or have a solution to what I did wrong?
