2007 GMC Denali stalls after towing

jz57 , Thanks for this. I had found something early on that it was the solenoid pack in the trans sticking, but didn't want to believe it with the lack of engine start after it happened :) As noted, fluid, filter, new cooler, additive, etc will be done and see how it rolls out. Thanks Mike

2007 GMC Denali stalls after towing

Thank you for this insight on it. One thing that I don’t think that I mentioned is part of what I was going to do is change the fluid, it isn’t very old, or at least didn’t have many miles on it since the last change but I wanted to anyway as a valid step and especially before I put in the new...

2007 GMC Denali stalls after towing

It doesn’t make sense to me either but the possible heat point could be from the exhaust as well. Still haven’t jacked it up to look at what I want to do for the sleeve. It’s a cheap thing to try if it fixes it great

2007 GMC Denali stalls after towing

Thanks and sorry I missed your comment on this. Agree on the general consensus, wrapping the fuel lines seems to be the best thing to take care of the issue. Read through the entire thread again last night. I have to crawl under the truck and look as to the best method to wrap the lines, I...

2007 GMC Denali stalls after towing

Ok again thanks for the thought , but when it just died at a light after towing on the highway, the first thing that I checked was if the fuel pump was coming on, it was... so relay is likely not an issue in this case. With the history of this issue and what others have been seeing fuel...

2007 GMC Denali stalls after towing

Thanks good thought , but the pump is running with Key ON when it does this. Something to add to the list possibly, but with all the people having the issue this hasn't fixed it Thanks

2007 GMC Denali stalls after towing

Finally! I found more than a couple of people that have the same issue :) Not a good thing really but good to here some things that have been attempted to fix the situation. For mine 2008 Yukon Denali, 129K miles on it. Only came about on mine after we purchased our travel trailer and went on...

Found a 12.1 android head unit that incorporates HVAC factory system controls

something else to test or comes to mind. The TPMS sensors that are internal, I wonder if the factory ones could be utlized. Since I already have all four sensors for the original system, for it to display on the unit I would assume that the external units would have to be used if the factory...

Found a 12.1 android head unit that incorporates HVAC factory system controls

This is my issue though, they should be able to figure this out as the original HVAC head unit, from what I remember, display or controls don't turn on or work with out the key on. Something to test I guess with the new one

Found a 12.1 android head unit that incorporates HVAC factory system controls

I did the same thing on messenger and I was going to purchase before the holidays, but they didn't have the PX6 version with the updated RAM, they said it was coming soon. The biggest concern that I would like to get verification on is the rear entertainment as noted, they said it would work on...

Found a 12.1 android head unit that incorporates HVAC factory system controls

I was so ready to purchase then started digging into the unit and the specifics of it. I don’t think the cable they are talking about works for NNBS rear seat or anything other than the very new body style Tahoe’s and Yukon’s. both Rhino Radios and Phoenix sell the same unit but have a hard...

Yes sir. At least as it sits now.... we will see if any settling happens, but.... maybe I will figure out using the system to keep the airlift bags at the right level. I have some ideas for that and possibly figured it out. I think I really want to use it or find a way to have an autolevel...

    AutoRide delete

Had it out driving today to get things to settle and make sure it didn’t fall apart. Held together lol. I had to take the level sensor rods that were supplied, cut half the threads off of each end and reinstall. Compressor would continue to run when I first drove it. With the shorter rods it...

Belltech lowering struts - ring count dilemma

Had the same dilemma on mine. Went with the non AutoRide table since I replaced all the AutoRide shocks. But I question if the factory springs are different if it’s AutoRide optioned hence the different table

FWIW. I don’t know all the ins and outs of the system and the expectations of the ride sensors etc. the way I understand it, while they share the same sensors, auto ride and auto level are to different things, correct me if I am wrong. iamdub I will do some measurements with different air...
