I'm having similar problems. Oil pressure was low and would bounce first thing in the morning. P0521 codes and CEL. Changed the sensor- after changing it only 3 years ago - and codes came back today. Has 205k on the engine. Thanks for the recommendation for checking the oil. I'll try that first.
Have you checked your motor mounts?

Does the vibration happen when coming to a stop or at highway speeds?
I'm having similar symptoms without the popping under floorboards and the mechanic said it's my torque converter.

*I just realized this is a year old but thought I'd give my 2 cents.*
I had the engine oil sensor code and lean bank 1 & 2 along with the check engine light and low engine oil pressure. I replaced the sensor (not fun) and the little filter below it (used a hanger). CEL went away then came back...
I had the same issue and replaced all 4 sensors. Prior to replacing, it could not read driver rear "--". Bought the replacements and had a the tire shop replace and relearn, left the tire shop with no light and a smile on my face.
48 hours later... Light and service tpms message now showing...
