Stabilitrac issue after new rear brake lines were installed, theory correct?
Lines were installed by a shop summer of 2017. I found last winter the thing was near helpless in the snow, the stabilitrac would kick in making noise when just on light throttle. Help removing the driver's seat w/ airbag? 2004
Do I need to disable all the components the GM manual says? zone 7 & zone 9 or just remove the SIR fuse and unhook the driver’s seat airbag. GM wants the steering wheel, and passengers side I/P module and the side impact module disconnected. The steering wheel connector isn't to bad but the pass... -

Is Dexron VI prefered in a 2004...
Or should I stay with DexronIII/Mercon? Acording to GM VI is much better but I'm worried about seals etc. 100K on my 2004 Tahoe second trans service.- jimweis

Trans oil and filter change Dex 3 or 4
2004 Tahoe with 100,000 on it fluid was changed 50,000 ago. Should I use Dexron3/Mercon or Dexron 4? Thanks in advance.- jimweis

I'm installing new tires should I replace TPMS
2004 Batteries should be getting to the end of there life span shouldn't they? I don't want to go to all the trouble with new tires and then need new sensors. What do you guys know?- jimweis

TCC Lock-up Speed?
Can I change the speed at which my lock up comes on. 2004 Tahoe 5.3 AWD 3.73, I drive alot of 35-45 MPH roads with slight inclines. 305/50-20 on Silverado SS wheels fit?
I'm looking to buy a set of Chrome SS wheels with 3000 mile Goodyear GT ll tires on them. Anybody know if these will fit my stock height 2004 Tahoe. I think the SS wheels are 9" wide instead of 8.5" like the rest of the GM 20's. If i'm not mistaken they also came on the 2006 Suburban LTZ... -
