    Cargo Divider - Captain Chairs

Probably the safest response is to strap that stuff down in the back. But that's not real realistic if its groceries and lighter stuff. A lot of people have this same question to keep their dogs in the back too. We have used pet dividers and baby gates that slide between the second and third row...

10-speed auto trans fluid filler adapter

 Sounds fishy, but I don't have the 10 speed automatic. 6 speed fills from the dipstick I think, at least that's how I did mine.

    2015 GMC YukonXL- Fox Coilovers

Do you have a part number for amp power steps that fit something other than the pickup trucks? I may have missed it, but I don't see a version that fits tahoe/Yukon. Thanks.

What did you do to your 2015-2020 K2XX Tahoe/Yukon Today?

@Tahoe_Rx Do you have a link to the kit and setup you went with? I'd love to check that out. Thanks.

Rear view mirror trim fell off wtf

For the same reason they write it down on a used one, paperwork and required by your states DMV/registration process. I think a vehicle can be deemed "new" as long as it has less than 5k miles on it and has never been sold to a private owner or 3rd party (I think that is how it works in CO, but...

Rear view mirror trim fell off wtf

Hmm, as much as I would like to agree with you guys, I've bought a lot of new vehicles. The warranty says 36k miles or 60K or whatever. It's complete garbage, but 36,001 and it's out of warranty. It doesn't matter how many miles were on it when you bought it. Unless you got an extended...

    TPMS Wrong Reading

I was informed by a couple tire shops and the dealer that TPMS sensors do not necessarily read the correct/actual psi (usually they are pretty close or I would guess lots of people would complain) Or nobody checks when they inflate your tires so the TPMS reads 35psi but they had to put 40psi in...

How capable IS the 2019 Z71 for off-roading?

The Tahoe will pretty much take you anywhere you want to go based on what you said you wanted to do. The biggest problems you will have are it's size, weight, and your driving ability if you want to avoid body damage. You have basic alum. skid plates, which are a good start but they will not...

Front and Rear differential fluid change ??

I'm going to add this info here as well in case others searching for it need the specs. 100k miles...changed the front and rear diff fluid. I settled on 75w-90 in both. It has the Limited Slip in it, which I don't think it needs, but everyone seemed to agree it will be good. Just for info...

What did you do to your 2015-2020 K2XX Tahoe/Yukon Today?

100k miles...changed the front and rear diff fluid. Hopefully I put the right stuff in there, after doing much reading and calling the dealer. I settled on 75w-90 in both. It has the Limited Slip in it, which I don't think it really needs, but everyone seemed to agree it will be good. It's hard...

That's what I figured, but thought I would ask just in case. Thanks for the info.

Front and Rear differential fluid change ??

I'm not as familiar with IFS. Does the front have any sort of limited slip feature?

Front and Rear differential fluid change ??

Thank you both for the responses. I guess I need to do some more research. I'm not sure what the difference is between the Gov-lock and a limited slip. I assumed the G80 was a limited slip differential. I was just looking at what was available at the store that I could use. It looks like the...

Front and Rear differential fluid change ??

Sorry if I missed this somewhere else. The threads I found were old, so I wasn't sure if it should be asked again. I'm going to change the front and rear diff fluid. One asks for 75w-90 (front I think), rear 75-w85. The 85 is harder to find and more expensive. Does anyone have any info about...

It bugs me that 35’s don’t fit...

OP might want to check out pirate4x4. Those guys don't have any issue cutting up any vehicle. I'm sure you can get 35"s on it, it's just a matter of how much Sawzall you want to use. Most of the Colorado trails I used to run are too narrow for my Tahoe, but I like my paint. As others have...

Starting issue - Battery or starter

Another thing to add, is that I think the fluctuation in voltage while driving is normal. I thought I read something about how the truck will actually let the battery discharge and charge back up so its not overcharging the battery. However, I may be mistaken, obviously it doesn't completely...

What did you do to your 2015-2020 K2XX Tahoe/Yukon Today?

Last weekend I replaced the transmission fluid and filter. I only pulled the pan, did not flush the system. Replaced about 6 qts. Also drained and refilled the transfer case. 100k miles on my Tahoe. Now I need to do the front and rear diffs, anyone have any tips or tricks I need to be aware of?

What’s this threaded insert for in hatch?

Some dealers want your business. Take the price from the actual web site or give your dealer a call. Mine will almost always match an internet price if it's a reputable dealer you're ordering from.

What’s this threaded insert for in hatch?

Based on your photo it looks like someone took the hooks for the cargo net with them. Usually there is just a dimple there to start the hole. The hook looks like a "T" shaped hook that threads in there and it comes with the cargo net, as Doug said. I'm not endorsing Amazon or the seller just...

    Help with squeak after level

I think you are supposed to tighten all those things back up when you let the truck down and put the weight back on the vehicle. Possible you extended all the bushings and they didn't re-seat back in the right place. If you run out of things to check you may want to jack it back up, loosen...

    Tires

I also agree Michelin's are not what they are hyped up to be. They are probably a decent tire but not for the increased price. They seem to handle the road and weather well but I have yet to have a set that lasted. I never got more than 20k miles on a set, which doesn't work for me. 2 sets on...

Magnetic ride worth it? 3.42 vs 3.08?

Seems like the mag ride has had lots of issues for people. I haven't seen a lot of folks say there is a big enough difference in mpg with the max trailering pkg. But most like the gearing a little better with the 3.42. I like having 4 low with mine (max trailering pkg.). Good luck.

Anyone actually use these trucks for off-roading? I'd love to hear feedback/experiences...

@cheyenne383 That looks like more than just a "rock" punctured through...... Beautiful pictures though, thanks for sharing.

    Auto roll up passenger window....

I thought I remembered a thread about the auto roll up feature on the Tahoes but I can't seem to find it, my google-fu searching is weak today. Anyway, I think I used to be able to auto roll up the passenger window from the driver panel, but that feature no longer is working. It does work from...

Adding OEM Tahoe Transf. Case "skid plate" [2015-2020]

Mine looked like regular bolts but they did "tap" themselves. Just don't over tighten them, they strip easy.
