    Power running boards...how to turn off

    Ok, what am I missing? I have a switch to turn them off that either doesn't work or I am missing something. I found a bunch of info on the sequence to unlock them to initially turn them on. Is there something similar to disable them, or do I have a faulty component somewhere?

    Rear drums / Parking brake strut

    What happens if the parking brake strut gets put in backwards? More so upside down than backwards? Would this cause the shoes to hold really tight against the backing plate? Cause the brakes to drag badly?
