I agree with Frank most likely valve guide seals usually happens on an older engine with high mileage they get dry and brittle and crack causing a puff of smoke at start up only
TPMS sensor uses battery in it. The life of the sensor is 7 to 10 years. The sensor that is not responding probably has a dead battery. Order a new sensor at RockAuto and have a tire store install it That's your cheapest route
