Wondering if NNBS rear axle assemblies are the same as NBS or not?
If not, are any of the NBS rear assemblies different?
I have an '03 Yukon, 5.3 with 3.73 gears. Wondering if any of the Denali or other 6.0L Yukons or Tahoes may have had heavier duty axles that will bolt in to my rig?
Thanks!

I sprayed mine and they looked good, but were pretty dark and hard to see.
I picked up some Spyder LED lights (black housings) and they are sexy and bright.
They were more expensive though...
I had a friend that makes kydex holsters make a custom phone holder for mine. Sit's upright in that dead space between the dash cluster and the radio and sits just high enough to be used as a dash cam if desired.
I don't want to go sticking stuff in my air vents, etc...
I sprayed mine at first and they looked fine, but even with brighter bulbs, the lights were not very bright at all.
Went with some Spyder LED's with the smoked lenses and they are MUCH nicer.
Better looking, much brighter too...
Those are the one's I went with. Perfect choice. No resistor needed. Very nice lights.
The instructions kind of suck, but there is a real good video online if you need it...
I could be wrong, but seems like my printed instructions had BBP logo on top.
Nonetheless, good instructions are essential with any product- especially one that requires multiple steps to get right.
I manufacture my own products and sell others as well. I would never consider leaving a set of...
I appreciate that. The online instructions are crappy. Between the travel to TX for my initial tune and subsequent purchase of the autocal, I have the better part of a grand invested in something I can't get to work. This would've all been done months ago if they could've simply taken a few...
...and while we're talking about codes...if my cig lighter fuse was blown, would the cig lighter still work?
Mine works, so figured the fuse must be good.
That's funny. One of the things I was told specifically when I finally got the enhanced instructions last time, was to hit the "BACK" button when a certain screen came up.
Since the original instructions included no mention of it at all, I was hitting the "OK" button.
...and you can't see...
You mean this e-mail?
This skipped right over my repeated question and started dealing with a code. The sequence given above does NOT address the additional screens that popped up during the upload or how to deal with them.
How can I make that any more clear?
I don't know why everyone keeps...
The last e-mail asked what the error code was. I couldn't remember. I'd have to do the upload again to find out.
Don't have full instructions to do it again. Never did.
How can I trust the error code or any other part of the process if I'm guessing at steps along the way and just pressing...
No problem. Just keep getting comments that I must've screwed it up and couldn't even find the correct instructions. It's frustrating. That's why months have gone by and I'm still sitting here with issues. I can only ask for proper instructions or a phone call so many times...
I may not be a professional tuner, but I'm not such a dumb@$$ that I can't figure out where to log on and find instructions...especially when I was instructed to do so from the beginning and the log-on instructions are on their website and come printed with the Auto-Cal. My problem has nothing...
As I stated before, the "step-by-step" instructions do not include all of the steps that pop up on the screen and therefore, one is left to guess what to do next.
I asked more than once for clarification on this and did not get it.
I'd kind of like to make sure how to install the data correctly first. The website instructions are simply not clear on that.
I had to ask more than once before I was sent proper instructions on how to log initial data. THEN, it was no problem.
I've asked more than once for the same info...
I'll chime in here...reluctantly.
I drove to TX and had Justin tune my Yukon.
Added headers and exhaust and purchased an Autocal.
Tried multiple times to get the data, but the instructions were vague. I was asked if I read the instructions on the website, which I had.
Sent multiple e-mails...
I have a slightly different issue. I live on a dirt road, so my wheels are always dusted. One trip down that road and they are no longer black.
My biggest issue is with the bolt-on center caps on my Ion Alloy wheels. They are about 4" deep and collect dust inside the back of the caps.
When I...
The more I think about it, I have to agree- it really can only be the trans. I spent a good deal of money having it rebuilt with all the best stuff.
They're checking it today and changing/checking the fluids. We'll see...
