    MJ Engineering Tune

Unfortunately I don't have access to a 4 wheel dyno for the denali to give more stats. I can tell you that my 0-60 went from just under 7secs (averaged 5 runs at 6.87 secs) to an average of 6.33 and I'm sure there is a little human error but we used the same method for all 10 runs. I had been...

    MJ Engineering Tune

So I finally got my files to Mike at MJE today around lunch time and a few hours later I had perma-grin tooling around in the yukon with my new tune!! I would say that all of my criteria, mentioned earlier, improved noticeably (especially seat of the pants dyno big difference) but I have yet...

Oh I absolutely agree about a cooler running engine will accept more timing easier but I just have never been able to run any engine down here in Georgia for very long without it warming up to around 200 no matter what I do to the thermostat or the cooling system.

    Lower thermostats, really needed?

I had always thought that the lower thermostat was a common misconception but had never put much thought into it......Great explanation

not sure about the stock thermo....and really I don't see a reason to change it either bc here in the south its likely gonna run above 180 in the summer no matter what temperature the thermo opens. ---------- Post added at 02:36 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:34 PM ---------- Autocal...

I just got my 07 Yukon Denali XL with the 6.2 and I am really happy with the 22" ck375's but of course since I'm a guy I want more. Time for a tune! There are a ton of good reviews on BB here so I thought I'd post about my MJ Engineering experience. So far, I have to say I am very impressed...

    22" CK375's

I probably could have but they could check their email (method given on their website)...plus they have plenty of business and my little tune should be a piece of cake.

    22" CK375's

Sent BB an email ...no reply. MJE called back and since I am bone stock shouldn't be hard to get me squared away. I'll let everyone know how it goes

    New From GA

@Donyukon...Thanks for the heads up. I have already run a carfax and plan on taking the vin to my buddy at the chevy place to have him pull the service history. I checked the trans fluid for burnt smell (I know that smell unfortunately) and I've crawled all up under it looking for leaks or...
