Opps lol..
Anyway moved the rear to accommodate up to 40" tire stuff, improve departure angle and lengthen wheel base.
Also the h2 diff was longer and the new location gave a nice rear shock line.
End result is real track on the fsr and some pretty sick crawling capability.
Just thought of something.
Nothing on my truck is spec anymore since i have welded /cut/bolted/ even some jb weld.
So Nevermind lol
Still worth a laugh though so thanks
That's been the hard part for sure. With only 5" of lift im clearing 38s but the problem is the front because instead of the standard 47" springs im running 56"
The badge is in regards to the axles 1 ton upfront and three quarters in the rear I went with the 2500 badging
Rockin the original TBI 350

hey guys
thought i would share my tahoe build with ya.
sooo here goes
it all started with me wanting to break away from the hard core wheeling thing and start doing more of a expidition style wheeling .
So with a heavy heart i parted out my beloved whore j and started from...
about to start phase one of my 95 2 door tahoe build
new long block install
is there much point in spending money on hi perf ignition stuff ie msd or other ...or would run of the mill stuff be a better choice
what else is a good idea to replace while im in there ?? ( sensors and so on )...
Can anyone tell my why i wouldnt drop this in http://www.summitracing.com/search/part-type/crate-engines/product-line/chevrolet-performance-350-c-i-d-9-4-1-truck-long-block-assemblies?autoview=SKU
instead of the 200 hp factory set up
is there a fit issue or a computer issue ...

Been enjoying wheeling the trails for quite a few years now in my custom jeep
