I'm looking to put a new steering box on my 99 4wd obs and GM no longer offers one. Any suggestions on an aftermarket brand???

No, I'm looking for the old ones with no red at all. All clear.

Been looking around for a long time. Would like to buy a set of the old school ALL CLEAR obs tail lights. Please let me know if anyone has some...

Well, it's impossible to get the line in without moving the tank. I'm not ready to do my fuel lines yet, so I just ran a line over the tank and around it near the frame. That should get me by until next year when I replace all the rusty lines and the fuel pump, (pump is getting loud). Thanks...
Does anyone know for sure? Thanks for the help but I'm trying to avoid moving the tank if I can. My fuel lines are in bad shape and I can't afford everything at once...lol

The dealer told me you have to drop the tank to replace the rear brake line that runs from the front to the rear. I got inline tube ss lines that are oem bent. Is this true? I have a 99 obs 4dr 4wd.

I noticed the coolant discussion. My hoe runs 15º+ cooler with this additive. I run it in my race bikes as well. Give it a try. My truck never got hot, even when it's 100º Out, but cooler is always better. Just my 2 cents.

I will. My buddy is gonna fab brackets for me. I think the vette calipers will look cool and I've never seen it done. Obviously I can't use the vette rotors. I'm working on finding rotors now.

Wow. 11.6 I'm sorry. An inch makes a huge difference in looks on a 26" wheel, wait a minute, no it doesn't. I want to do Z06 vette brakes. I'm in the process of doing it now.

Everyone's styles aren't the same. Thats why they makes different things. If you don't like my style I don't mind, your opinion means nothing.

Aluminum is cheap and they just run it through a CNC. cheap to make and they charge too much in my opinion. Big calipers on 10" rotors don't look good on a truck. ;)

I can get the entire front brake setup off a 2000 Z71 (12in rotors) and the tool to ream the ball joint for significantly less than what SSBC wants just for calipers.

Ssbc prices are ridiculous. Bigger rotors have more leverage and make less heat as I'm sure you know so bigger calipers on stock size rotors are pointless in my opinion.

Awesome link! I'm doing it.
