Does anyone else have a issue with the paint flaking on the bottom of the fenders where it meets the bumper? I have a 09 Avalanche z71 and it looks like my bumper isn't fully snapped in and caused it to flake off. It already has a surface rust under there too. I know older chevys have had...
I am hoping any tunners will chime in on this. I had the truck tuned a little over a week ago. While the teanny was in learn mode it felt great. Now I am getting constant shift flares from 2-3. Also it seems like all the programmed shift points aren't there anymore and shifts are very...
How long did you run the tires on the stock setup? The tirea could have worn in on thw stock specs and with the new alignment they could be reshaping the tire. Have you tried rotating thw wheels? Also if you have the stock wheels that will tell you if its the suspension. Is all the bearing...
I have a 09 avalanche 4x4 and just had my truck tuned about a week ago. Im not sure if this is because of the tune or not but just started a couple days ago. It does it very intermittent and is hard to reproduce. Between gears the rpms shoot up. Seems to be mostly happening between 2nd and...
Let me know if it falls threw. I am looking for a whole kit. Was actually looking for the spindle up front but am considering going 26" instead of my 24" and would like the adjustment up front
Ok so I have done a lot of research and all I found its about regular round fogs. I am concerned about melting of the fogs in the z71. Has anyone done the 35w HID in the z71? I'm not even sure if it's the same 5202 bulb.

I think it more has to do with the maf sensor. It looks like it would bolt right in but would have to find a way to mount the sensor

We have to go in behind the dent with multiple bars and rods to push the dent back out. We use a light as reflection to get the dent perfectly flat again.
Here is a good video of the detail of all the little pushes that takes place for one dent. http://vimeo.com/5884867
I fix dents for a living and still don't know how to avoid them 100%. I always try to park one side next to the cart return as close as I can or in the middle of nowhere.
To get it fix look up Paintless Dent Repair in your area. If you take it to a body shop they are just going to have the...
And from what I understand mcgaughys are the same size as stock spindles and belltechs are taller putting different stress on the ball joins. Hope Tony will chime in
So what would be the best front drop spindle to do? I am planning on doing a 3" 4" drop. Planning on doing belltech shocks and rear springs but am unsure on what spindles to get. I havnt heard much about mcgaughys or belltech spindles. What one to chose......
Well I am about to buy an Avalanche with what may be dealer option wheels but am unsure. Does any one know what these are and if they are a chevy wheel?
