NorcalSS kit, broken DJM end links- help

Thanks again! I actually just found the instructions shortly before you posted the link! Only took me two hours to get through old threads about instructions. The instructions are a must have when you're not looking directly under the truck! Also, I'm going to reach out to Tony about any...

NorcalSS kit, broken DJM end links- help

Do you have any pictures of the end links installed, e.g. where the new hole should be drilled? I’m looking through old threads but it’s taking forever.

NorcalSS kit, broken DJM end links- help

Yep, the end link broke. I included a picture. So, I need a new end links. The question I have is: do I need the “s” shape link or would two straight end links like the factory set up still work? As we’re under the car the sway bar is symmetrical so we’re trying to remember why one end link is...

NorcalSS kit, broken DJM end links- help

So, after 3 years with the NorcalSS 4-6 rear drop kit, free travel mod, the Belltech sway bar and DJM end links broke. I don’t want to buy them again because of this, but is there an alternative? Also, be passenger end link is off set and “S” shaped. Is there a reason for this? Do I need the...

    Nali now 3/4 with Tony's parts & 24's

Thanks for the info. You see the bent rods because that's what McGaughy's instructions say to do in their kit. Last question, if my rods are rusted on, is there an easy place to order new ones other than the dealer that you know of?

    Nali now 3/4 with Tony's parts & 24's

Tony, we did the free travel mod already. The airride is working again, but it's going up too high. I already have the factory links for the sensors bent, do I need to get shorter ones? or are lower springs the real answer?

    Nali now 3/4 with Tony's parts & 24's

Don't get me wrong, I love the height right now, it's just my air shocks aren't working at all. So with a sensor replacement (free) we'll see what happens. If I don't like it, I'll take out the air ride, go with Belltech Street shocks (I like them on the front) then probably add the Airlift bags...

Building my LQ4 engine in my Denali XL

Keep us posted! My LS guy also likes parts from Texas Speed, he used them in a TBSS build almost a year ago and the guy loves his engine. I'd love to hear what you go with to get the Torque you need. I too am going local for the build, which is always cool to help out our neighbors. Plus...

    Nali now 3/4 with Tony's parts & 24's

Thanks for the compliments guys! I'm going to get some measurements, but as Panchanga02 says, it closer to 5-6 right now. I do have a new sensor for the airride coming this week, so the rear will probably move up an inch or so. Now that I've done the suspension, minus a couple of things...

    Nali now 3/4 with Tony's parts & 24's

I've had the Denali for 7 years and decided I'm keeping it so it's time to freshen it up. It was a 2/3 with McG spindles and their spring kit out back with Arnott Bilsteins and their Bilstein Air ride shocks in the back. Now it's still McG spindles but with the stock keys turned down a bit...

Building my LQ4 engine in my Denali XL

Excited to see what you decide on. I'm pricing my engine build on my 04' Denali right now. Don't have the budget for a supercharger, so I'm going more the route you are on the N/A option. Kooks headers are the #1 recommendation and like others said, 1 7/8 are what have been recommended to me...

Official 00-06 Tahoe/Yukon/Escalade drop guide with pics...

I'm getting my 24"s put on tomorrow and aligned. However, it will be a 3" plus drop in the front and it looks like from the mock up, that it won't have much travel at all. Did you guys have to take out the fender liner or roll any of the front fenders for travel? I know it depends on the offset...

    Cant contact me??

Great, thanks! I should be driving it tomorrow then! Can't wait. Also added Belltech Street Tech shocks for the front, apparently one of my Arnott Billsteins blew out. I'll let you know how it works out and post some pics! Good luck with the OT!

    Cant contact me??

Tony, did my installer, Brian get ahold of you today about installing the rear DJM endlinks? He was having a problem with the sway bar links hitting the rear airride shocks. Any tricks to installing the end links in case he didn't get a hold of you? 04 Denali with the Belltech 3-4 springs and...

When do the fog lights come on?

x2 Remove a headlight and plug it in to see if it works once you push the fog lights button in. I'm not sure if there is a fog light specific fuse, anyone else know if there is?

    Transmissions built TOUGH!

I agree, I won't be doing it myself, I'm going to be using an experienced race shop to do mine. But first I have to get engine mods figured out, then match with the tranny.
