Just ordered a Denali XL Ultimate Silver with the 3.0 Duramax this morning. We'll see how long it takes to come in. I'm not in a hurry. My 2020 Navigator L will be fine until it arrives. I am hoping to spend some time with it before the next Michigan winter.
It will occasionally do it. Typically when cold and rolling at slower speeds. My neighborhood has a 15 mph speed limit. While staying close to that speed and it shifts from 1st - 3rd and sometimes 1st - 2nd and there is a slight clunk. It does not do it when you're doing a more typical...
The fog lights won't really help seeing far down the road. Especially won't illuminate deer any better. Your main headlights will be the best for that. When your high beams are on, the fog lights go off anyways. The fogs light light up low to the ground and close to the vehicle. I...
Exactly. I've found that the biggest help is with lateral traction. The OE tires like to just slide through turns instead of biting in and turning. Even going slowly on ice or packed snow it helps a lot having the traction of a specialized snow/ice tire. Just don't run them many miles above...
Tahoe High Country also only comes with the 6.2. Most likely won't be able to order the Duramax until Nov even though the GM rep was indicating around Oct 1st. Wold be nice if there's not an up charge for the Duramax when the 6.2 is the other option.
If they cannot prove they installed a GM approved fluid, GM can deny all future warranty claims. These transmissions are very particular. Also never install a multi-vehicle formulation either. They claim they meet OEM requirements but technically do not. Transmissions are very particular...
There will be some "relearning" but that is normal for most modern vehicles. The "learning" is based somewhat on the type of driving the driver does. It's a balance of driver input through the ECM and transmission control electronics. Not sure that technical names for all electronics...
Going on the GMC and Chevy websites and building your models will be a good start. It will allow you to see the base items and what added with different packages. Outside of the base models, everything else is personal preference and how many of the add ons you will want and utilize. For me I...
Adaptive Air Ride Suspension just showed up on chevy site when choosing High County Deluxe Package and Z71 Offroad Capability Package. Also on the HC Deluxe you get the power centersliding center console.
There were a few out there with manufacturer plates that GM let youtubers and press play with. I don't think any production units have been shipped with the air suspension.
Most dealers should be able to offer supplier pricing. Getting employee pricing is more closely monitored. You actually have to be a relative or get sponsored by a GM executive. Not other rebates as of now since these are new and they still have some 20's floating around. They are expecting...
From GM rep. They are hoping to open up orders for the 3.0L Duramax around Oct 1st. I hoping the air suspension will be available by then too since the were both listed at late availability options.
Does anyone know when dealers can start ordering Tahoes and Denali's with the 3L Duramax? Know they stated late availability. Read an old artilce that stated possibly will be available around November. When on the Cadillac site, the diesel is available on the build & price.
Todd Wenzel GMC in Grand Rapids, MI has a few 2021 Yukon Denali's and their Chevy dealer in Hudsonville has a few Tahoe's.
I also have a salesman contact if anyone wants it.
