It sits lower on the Dr side on purpose because of the cross slope of the road. Roads are crosssloped 2-3% on a non superelevated roadway. That should not be your problem because its normal on all vehicles
that sounds like your drivers switch. I have the same problem with my 01 rear pass window. I stuck a drill battery on the motor and nothing so im going to replace the regulator assembly.
