2022 diesel towing experience vs. 2018 Denali 6.2 gasser
I miss my 3/4 ton duramax (sigh), but that size truck will not fit in my office garage. For practical purposes, I bought a 2018 Denali with the 6.2L and, I guess, it tows okay. Will a 20" Wheel Spare Fit Under the 2016 Tahoe?
I have a 20” wheel under my 2018. It is a little wider of a tire so it doesn’t tuck up as nice as the OEM spare but it will work just fine. -

Definitely a worthwhile mod. Just a quick FYI on the install...if your mirrors have all the bells a whistles, I believe the puddle lamp and blinker are the things that will work when you plug in the mirror. The power fold and power mirror adjust will not work until you plug the door panel into... -

I just checked today and the trusted sources all show backordered still. I was going to replace the rears as well since the ride has become rough and I can visibly see they are/have been leaking. Were you able to find a source?- 07 Denali

Had the GM/Borla Cat Back Exhaust installed on my 2018 Yukon Denali. That combined with the AFE CAI and that sucker screamed! Loved it...initially. Started towing and when the engine is under load, it was loud in the cab. Took out the AFE CAI and went with just the Dry S filter. That helped...- 07 Denali

Weathertech vs Husky Weatherbeater

2018 5.3 Tahoe vs 6.2 Denali
6.2 all the way. Had an 07 Denali with the 6.2, a 13 Suburban with the 5.3 (but also had a 14 Silverado with the 6.2 for towing). When my fathers truck shot craps I sold him the 14 Silverado with the 6.2 and towed ONE TIME with the Suburban and then traded it for an 18 Denali with the 6.2...- 07 Denali
