Weclome! I agree with the others, I've never seen a 2 wheel drive with torsion bars, but I would leave it as it sits, just get some sweet wheels/tires.- onlygm4me

Headligths going out
The headlights on my '97 Yukon have been going out on me. They go dim, out, dim, then back to normal (5-10 sec.) and during this time there is a buzzing noise that comes from the headlight switch. I'm going to start looking at wrecking yards next week for another headlight switch, but was...- onlygm4me

I want a front bench seat.
Derf - How'd your project go? I did the same thing on a '87 S10 Blazer, took the bench out of a '91 S10 PU and it bolted right in, even though the guy at the wrecking yard said it would never work. -

stupid interior light
Does it come on when you open the other doors? If so it's like mine and it has a bad driver side door switch. Hope some can tell us the best way to remove/replace this switch, I haven't taking the time to look at mine yet.- onlygm4me

new here got some questions
Price sounds about right if it's in good shape, I paid $3000 for mine. I get 15.5mpg on my '97 Yukon 4x4 5.7 vortech 4 door 167,000miles, normal driving, I haven't tried freeway yet.- onlygm4me

2 Door extended Tahoe?
Yeah, It has to be a custom. And that burb is messed up, would look better with only two front doors and two back doors, but even then its just pointless.- onlygm4me

Driver's side door handle
Just a update. I replaced my lock cylinders with new ones from a local part store, $43 for two cylinders w/two keys. I had to take off the door panels, and loosen up the outer door handles. I wasn't sure how to remove the door module, so I just loosened the door module so I could get my arm in... -
