I am going to open with i am not sure but here smy two cents. Transmission will likely bolt up, only issue i could for see would be electrical differences as long as both are 4x4 or both 4x2 obviously you would face other problems in that arena. 07 Chevy tahoe Engine misfire trouble
Not super experienced in these trucks but a misifire could also be cause by lack of compression or lack of fuel. Installed a Tekonsha brake controller, mine had everything except the integrated controller. I plan on purchasing weight distribution hitch as well.
