Torsion Bar tech 101
Yes, you will have to do an alignment. The alignment shop will adjust the camber/caster by the bolts that go through the UCA at the frame. The bolts are keyed to an acentric which when turned will pull or push the UCA in or out. There should be plenty of room for proper adjustment. Not sure on... -

Should be the TAC module - Throttle Actuated Control - What year is your truck? Could also be a Cruise Control module. Do you have drive by wire or a cable driven throttle body?- dm600

Driver's Side Lumbar Does Not Work
A blown fuse would cut the power to the unit and you said you heard the motor operating. Blown fuse would be worse, you dont want to track the short to ground! -

Passenger Side Seatbelt keeps locking
Sounds like the retractor assembly needs to be replaced. Possibly over sensative pendulum engaging the locking mechanism. Seat belts are designed to lock on quick braking, if this seems to be the same way it is malfunctiing for your wife- dm600

Buzz From Dash--
Bend the transmission dipstick tube down and away from the bulkhead (firewall) - this is the most likely cause and fixes 80% or better of the dash rattles in these trucks. -

Driver's Side Lumbar Does Not Work
You need a new lumbar assembly. Take the back of your seat off and you will likely find that the cable is broken. If so the seat back cover must be partially removed to replace the unit. -

4WD light
Selector switch or encoder motor sensor are about the only two items that fault on those trucks. Neither are too expensive for the OEM part at the dealer, if you can do the labor yourself. Wouldn't recomend most people taking apart the encoder motor to replace the sensor though. Of couse you... -

What did these wires go to?
Exactly right. This is part of GM's recall. The heated windshield washer fuse must be removed at the under hood fuse block as part of the completion of this recall. The connectors are left intact to keep water from corroding the terminals - maybe incase GM discovers how to make this system work...- dm600

Anyone know where the High Beam Relay is??
High beam relay on most 07 Tahoes is what is called a PCB Relay. Printed Circuit Board Relay - meaning it is not something that you can just pluck out of the fuse block. To replace it the fuse block must be replaced. Not sure what you are looking to do but if you want to replace it without...- dm600

2007 Yukon XL SLT Service Stabilitrac message
Definitely no way to know why that message is displayed unless you connect a Tech2 or like scan tool that is able to communicate with the EBCM and other modules to detect which system is malfunctioning. Usually the steering wheel position sensor is the most likely reason for this message to...- dm600

Cruise Control cancels when windows roll up?
I am guessing that you own a 07 - 09 truck... There is a PCM update for this. Go to the dealer and tell them about it and they should be able to reprogram with the new software update and get it all worked out. Tell them to reference Document ID: 2368552.- dm600
