It does look bad but if they dealer Is not going to do anything with warranty then take a wire grinder to it and see if its mostly surface rust then treat it with some rust inhibitor and seal with undercoating. My 07 Tahoe has been in Alaska for about 5 years and does not have that kind of rust...
Looks good makes me want to do it to mine, but then I would be a biter. I'm looking towards a stormtrooper look tho so I would eventually be painting more parts black though.
Never owned a chevy and did not know that they showed psi in DIC, that's cool, especially that old of a year model. I know that the newer fords also do in the DICs but you have to have the higher end models as well.
dangggg, I wouldn't mind a cowl hood for my Hoe. Those HDs always look good on the NBSs. Hell you should even do the two tone and run the same color of the hood down the body line up to roof. If....that....makes....any sense. lol
Not positive on the older models 06 and down but 07 + you do need a programmer. Amazon sells them for like $80ish and I will prolly be ordering one soon. All the shops around my place are going to make me set up an appointment and then pay for something that you can teach a 5 year old to do. If...

Your truck will not read them, it will just set of a light saying its...
Where you able to get the dimension of them. I will have to remove the brackets and head rests and then be put into a box. But If we can get the dimension down to 62 linear inches then it will go strait onto the airplane as a checked bag. My dad has yet to be able to get all this done but still...
Kind of weird them reading 16 psi with out you noticing the tire being flat. They would for sure look close to flat. Also 32 is a bit low for any truck. I would bump it up to 35 or even 40 and see if that turns the light off. Also I have heard that getting the after market sensors sometimes have...
Iv always been a castrol guy myself. In my 87 mustang before I replaced the engine that had about 220K miles on it. I was running castrol high mileage. When I removed the heads and checked out the main on the original engine there was no build up or gunk once so ever I'm sure I could have...
