    Yes, my vehicle is a 2003 Tahoe. A company (I think it's not around anymore) named HummerGearsSales sold it. This thread talked about it a long time ago: https://www.tahoeyukonforum.com/threads/reclining-rear-seat-kits.5916/ I will see if I can dig up some pics.

    I would NOT be against it, but we'll see how it works out. I also installed an aftermarket 2nd bench seat recline kit. Gonna see if I can try and get that out of there as well.

    Sorry for the late reply. My Tahoe has been parked in my garage for years now, non-running. So I am about to start pulling out some stuff before I junk it/sell it. So, yes, I will be selling it very soon. Omar.

    The BCM is still the MCC (master controller center) and must recoginize due to the star pattern configuration that the data connection works in.

    Yes, that is what I am saying. Reprogamming the BCM, not the IPC.

    A replacement cluster only needs to have mileage reprogrammed. DIC options are within the BCM and have nothing to do with the cluster. Turbo, does pressing ANY of the steering wheel buttons do anything? How about any of the stereo control buttons?

    There is an OEM braided engine ground strap like the OP has shown. Jbb01, I would just make one from 0/1, 2 or even 4 gauge wiring. That would be an upgrade, IMO. Even the one in your pic is an upgraded thicker wire.

    Since you jumped 12V over to the passenger side, that would lead me to believe that it is either a relay, fuse, or a break in the 12V wiring. If you felt like figuring out what was wrong, you could undo your new connection and just meter for 12V, starting at the headlamp and working...

    If I had to guess, its backfeeding into the light and you need a diode. If you tapped a 12v wire, band side will face the dvd unit. If you tapped a ground wire, band side will face the parking brake.

    The body shop is correct. You have to use a 03-06 cluster from a Yukon/Tahoe/GMT800.
