    Actually they take another jump when you hit 24k based on the pricing I got from Todd. Example; Platinum 36/36k 0 ded under 24k $1089; over 24k $1470

    Been shopping Knapp, when I received quotes, email said price increases coming on May 1. Quoted $1766 for 36 months/36,000 platinum, 0 ded, for 22 Yukon still under factory warranty. Any feedback on price?

    Well, you're one of the lucky ones. Mine was done about a month ago. My dealer told me in addition to mine they bricked about a dozen yukons, canyons, and sierras. In addition the modules were backordered with no eta. When they took mine back the new module was doa...strike 2. Finally got it...

    Yesterday mine went in to the dealer to have the module replaced. Get a call that the new module was bad & they ordered another. What, they dont QC these things before they leave the factory....wonder if there is a bigger problem.

    New Update Fried My Entire Info & Sound System!!

    Mine fried the OnStar & Wifi modules. Dealer says this recall update has caused numerous issues. I am now waiting on an Onstar module that is backordered with no ETA. Meanwhile no Onstar, maps. google assistant or other functions that require GPS signal (compass, speed limit sign, clock)

    With the onstar module no green light on next to button, wouldnt connect to onstar. Also lost google assistant & GPS functions (maps, compass, speed limit sign)

    All - Be careful with this one! After my reprogram, I lost OnStar and WiFi modules. Took it back in. Dealer confirmed that recall work fried the modules. Mine was the 4th one this advisor had seen. Best part...OnStar module is on backorder w/ no eta. Thanks GM!

    After Scarey's response I checked my onstar. The button did not have the normal lit green light. Pushing the button did nothing...no connection. The next morning, before I had a chance to call onstar, the light was relit, maps & speed limit were back.

    Suddenly lost the speed limit (just have the -- on the sign). Also my maps are showing all of North America. Seems like I lost GPS. Tried logging in & out of Google & checking for app updates. Any ideas?

    I checked out Knapp's website. Looks like if you buy a 48 month contract, the agreement expires 48 mo. from signing date?? If anybody has purchased from Knapp, will they do better than the internet pricing if you dont finance?

    Intermittent Radio On Start Up

    Didnt work for me either, still cuts out & now have a new problem. Cant control audio functions from steering wheel for a few minutes after startup.
