    Adjustable height sensor links

UPDATE: yes, I used complete loaded strut assys. So yesterday I had my tech remove those lift spacers and as you stated, the truck now sits perfectly level with no rake. As I mentioned before, when I bought the truck 2 years ago, it had Arnott struts and air shocks on it. Now the truck rides...

    Adjustable height sensor links

perhaps the front and rear shocks were so worn that a " rake " was created? I bought the truck used a few years ago with Arnott components all around and the fronts had bypass sensors. When the air compressor started cycling all the time, I knew it was time for a change. Did the rears first...

    Adjustable height sensor links

Morning Y'all, I tried searching and see these are available for the newer Gens. A brief summary....On my 08 Denali, I recently changed the rear suspension compressor and shocks as they were worn. The ride improved vastly so I decided to do the fronts. The truck had 2 inch lift blocks on the...

    Enclosed trailer towing question...............

this is good know as I'll be driving from WA heading East, and going over the mountains was my only concern. Unless I can find a great deal on a tandem, it'll be a single axle for the trip.

    Enclosed trailer towing question...............

thanks for the reply. Yes, Denali is equipped for towing, it does not have a brake controller tho. If I buy an enclosed with electric brakes, then I'll need a brake controller? Truck currently doesn't have one.

    Enclosed trailer towing question...............

Yes, I searched but didn't find a really good answer to this. 2008 Denali 6.2l AWD, planning on a cross country move possibly this year. Shopping for either a 6x10 or 6x12 enclosed for my stuff in addition to my 22 Street Glide. Good to go or no......thoughts?

    Torque converter question

by CLUTCH, you're talking about the friction disc inside the converter. I'm assuming my truck is always in permanent V8 mode, it doesn't have AFM. When I bought the truck, I experienced the shutter but didn't know what it was until I researched it. I then dropped the pan, bottom of the pan was...

    Torque converter question

I'm a torque converter newbie, someone school me here. I have a 08 Denali, and I've read the factory stall is in the 1400-1600 range. I've also read these things tend to grenade, taking out the trans, so before that happens I wanna upgrade it. What difference would I see if I went with a higher...

    TPMS question

Ok, question for y'all. I pulled the wheels and tires off my 04 Denali and put them on my 08 Denali. After doing some research, the Delco part numbers for the sensors are different BUT use the same freq 315mhz. In theory, I should be able to program the sensor to the 08, NO? Autel makes sensors...

    Charging system turns off ??

New to me 2008 Denali with a question. Very pleased with the truck and noticed something strange and maybe it's supposed to do this. My radar detector shows battery and charging voltage. The other day I noticed while driving it showed battery voltage only 12.7v, no warning lights or message on...

2012 Yukon XL Denali - Recommendations for (close to plug and play) aftermarket stereo head unit?

came across this thread and have a question. I'm looking to run a Kenwood with a Maestro, and wondering what you did to retain the factory backup camera. I don't want to run new wires for an aftermarket one but will if I really need to. Thanks

2004 Denali Z55 front shocks swapped to Bilstein B6s question

2004 Denali, swapped out the worn front shocks and installed B6 Bilsteins. Factory shock had a sensor on top which can’t be used on the B6. I knew I was gonna have the SERVICE SUSPENSION message on the dash, I’m not really concerned about it. To bypass this, I’m reading about resisters and I’ve...
