    I am a victim of a spun main bearing in 2023 6.2L Yukon at4. GM released this: https://gmauthority.com/blog/2024/04/some-2023-gmc-sierra-and-yukon-units-will-need-a-6-2l-v8-engine-replacement/ So…did they finally fix the manufacturing issue in 2024s?

    This is fairly noxious. Will give you a headache bad. Taking it back to dealer Monday. I cannot overstate how unhelpful GM has been on this whole affair. I have bought seven vehicles from them in the last 12 years and the most they have offered is an extended warranty on my replacement engine.

    With only 10K miles, my 2023 6.2L died and would not restart - conditions not ready to shift. This is after my 2021 suburban had lifters fail after 23K miles.

    They thought initially it was one of three wiring harnesses. All were checked and one seemed a little loose. Check engine light returned, went away, and has come back. At dealer now again for fourth time.

    OP here. Dealer diagnosed it initially as a wiring harness that was not fully connected. The same error codes keep returning. Most common post fueling, which could be completely coincidental. Vehicle is back at dealer for fourth time with no clear fix.

    2021 Z71 Suburban that had lifter collapse, bending pushrod in cylinder 7 at 21K miles. Both sides were replaced. Check engine light just came on about 300 miles later with following codes: P3108 and P3411. Any ideas? I am losing confidence in this truck rapidly…my fifth yukon/suburban.
