    Back in the day when GM had most production in house reliability checks and processes were watched constantly but with the outsourcing lead to what they call thumbs up where a vendor sends part in that is checked for correct dimensions and matches blueprint for surface finish hardness spec etc...

    I might be mistaken but SLT came with 5.3 and 6.2 was optional I don't remember when 6.2 was offered as option which might be why you see numbers as they are.

    The dealership doesn't cover manufacture warranty it is turn into GM for coverage if that is your question.

    The warranty on engine should be extended but your bumper to bumper and powertrain will be extended for as long in days in period that you didn't have use of vehicle.

    Does dealer put 9 quarts on work order when you have them change? I change my own and add 8 start then let set and add more until 3/4 on dip stick probably 1/2 quart or more.

    Looks to be built 2022 and 72 day of year if I'm reading tag correctly I believe your right 007 is correct.
