    Update on the brake noise. Only happens at low speed when coming to a stop . It turned out it was the wheel speed sensor. Easy fixed .

    Wheel hu.

    Have a 2001 yukon xl 5.3 slt no traction control . Have a humming/ whooshing noise coming from either the driver left or back not sure which one but as soon as I apply the brakes the sound goes away ? I'm thinking a wheel hub or could this be a half shaft on the way out ? Thanks Doug

    Question I have a 2001 yukon xl 1500 4x4 5.3 and have a code that says bank 2 knock sensor has low voltage ? O I need to change just the wiring harness or change everything ?     Yep u-joint on the rear differential was toast . Also my emergency brake pads were toast will thier gone no pad and down to metal . All fixed now .
