    Z55 rebuild or bilsteins

After going through two compressors, I swapped the entire suspension out for the Monroe setup F/R. Not entirely happy with it as those were meant for 18" wheel/tire trucks, and my Escalade has 22s, so it doesn't have the "give" the 18s do. Rides nice on the highway, but it doesn't like bumps...

2021 Tahoe PPV massive oem brakes, 16"

That's good to know. My plan was to do EBC yellows all around as I wanted to install C7 calipers in the back, but if there are other pads, I am open to it. Thanks.

2021 Tahoe PPV massive oem brakes, 16"

I installed the exact combo of pads/rotors you have in those pictures on my 07 Escalade. I have to say I have never seen so much brake dust in any of my vehicles. The stopping power is phenomenal though. I am going to change pads to something with low dust when it's time to do the rear...

Installing "2021 PPV" style 6-Piston Brembo Front Brakes on a 2007 Yukon Denali

My original 07 Escalade 22s cleared with just a hair of clearance. I upgraded to later model 22s and now I have tons of clearance:

I know this is a little late, but I used the banjo bolt listed in post #3. Worked perfectly.

Installing "2021 PPV" style 6-Piston Brembo Front Brakes on a 2007 Yukon Denali

I've driven over 1000 miles with this setup with no issues. Stock 07 Escalade. The only issue I have is the PowerStop pads create a ton of dust. I am looking to swap those out to some EBC Yellows when I do the C7 calipers for the rear

Installing "2021 PPV" style 6-Piston Brembo Front Brakes on a 2007 Yukon Denali

Brief update: The '07 Escalade wheels clear the calipers by the skin of their teeth, even with the centering spacers (probably 1/16" or less.) At some point I might get the later model wheels, but for now, they work. I'll keep monitoring the hoses and report if I notice anything. Thanks.

Installing "2021 PPV" style 6-Piston Brembo Front Brakes on a 2007 Yukon Denali

I did this swap over the weekend. As far as major upgrades, this was as easy as it gets. My only difficulty was getting the old banjo bolt out of the line... Someone had jammed the wrong size crush washer in there, and took me a while to get the bolt out... Two questions for the guys who...

Installing "2021 PPV" style 6-Piston Brembo Front Brakes on a 2007 Yukon Denali

Good morning. Did you get the calipers with brackets? Those part numbers are calipers only, and I can't seem to find any brackets for them. Additionally, did you need adapters to mount to the 07 knuckles or were they direct bolt on? This is a great project. Thanks for sharing it. My wife's...
