    I think you need a different dealer! The part is readily available and take less than a week to get shipped to the dealer. You say the dealer has most of the parts, as far as I know the only missing "part" is the module itself.

    This is on their website and when I got there they said it was now $169 and then they add for "shop supplies", old oil disposal etc and totaled $179. Note it is for Mobil 1 synthetic. Their Dexos is $129 + supplies. All dealers here in the Phoenix, AZ area are pretty much the same.

    My dealer called me today and says my "heated steering wheel" retrofit is in. He said he is pretty sure it is the whole steering wheel? 1...Has anyone actually had the whole steering wheel replaced? 2...How long did it take to have the retrofit done in the shop? Thanks

    After waiting 16 months for my park assist retrofit I finally got it installed today! It works perfect and glad to have only one more retrofit to have done, the heated steering wheel. Dealer says they have been doing Sierra pickups so should not be too much longer for the Yukons.

    You will not see your retrofits on the recall site or in your GM account until GM adds your VIN to the list. If and when you see the recalls then you can have your dealer order the parts for the retrofit.
