Third Brake light removal........???

I know I'm probably missing something extremely simple but as I was taking my tail lights off last week to tint them i realized i could not figure out how to get my third brake light out on my 2008 Chevy Tahoe LS. Any ideas? i could not see anything beside the 2 screws that go inside the hinges for the tail gate. Removing those loosened it up a bit but I wasn't sure if I had to use force to get it off (assuming it had clips). I have googled it and searched the forum but I cannot find any details on this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advanced!

There are 2 torx bolts and 3 10mm nuts to be removed all by opening the glass portion of the tailgate

@01Konvict I cant open just the glass portion of the tailgate.

I think the only way to change it is through the glass portion.

Yup only way to get it off is open the glass

Ok so quick update i finally figuered out how to open my glass portion of tailgate. The reason i couldent is because my truck is missing the button. Once i found out where the button should have been i grabbed a screw driver and was able to reach the button and able to open it. Now just gotta wait for a sunny day to sand and tint my third brake light. Also does anyone happen to have the part # for this button?
