Let me start off by saying, I have an 03 Tahoe with Depo Projectors, and HID's and I LOVE them, everything about them...

I looked for Depo's for the Yukon, and they were all like $400.00 I cant see that when my tahoe ones were $130.00

So I bought these off ebay (See photo)

With the EXACT HID's I have in the Tahoe as I do in these projectors - the light output is nothing like the Depo's...

So who has any suggestions for me on what to get for a better projector?

aftermarket chinese projectors all suck. nothing u are going to be able to do to make it any better other than get depots. and yes, its frustrating the depots for the GMCs are three times the money as the cheby ones....but if u wanted black lights i have noticed the black depots are affordable...its just been the chrome OE looking ones that dont have all the chinese crap in them that are 'spensive.

You could try the oem Denali lights, that's what I have. I got them used off craig's list for about $150.

I couldn't even find clear DEPO's, so at least you apparently have that option now. Although I grew to like the black ones. And for $126/set (when I got them) it was tough to beat. You can get the clear ones on Amazon for about $300/pair....

Anyway...yep, look around for some Denali OEM lights used. Junk yards are good places to look. They are decent lights themselves.

I have the exact same Chinese projectors in my Yukon.

I pretty much agree with everything that's been said already, but you can fab the brackets (on the back of the lights) to get them to fit and project correctly. It takes some playing with, but you can do it. Let me know if I can help.

Not a bad price but I don't care for the black.> I found a set of OEM Denali's for 159.00 used. How is the projection on the OEM compared to the Depo's ?
